My 10-year-old daughter is a major science fanatic. Just to give you an idea, this past Christmas, one of the items on her list for Santa was a $30,000 microscope. Yep, that didn’t happen, but we love to encourage her quest for knowledge.
Recently we discovered the Magic Milk Science Experiment, and she begged me to try it for days. It’s actually fairly simple, and you probably have everything you need to complete it in your kitchen. It works for a variety of ages, and the results are pretty incredible.
To make it even more interesting, try it with different kinds of milk. The reaction is based on the fat molecules, so the fat content changes the type of reaction you get. We were blown away by how cool this was!! You can do it for a Science fair, or pull it out the next time your kids tell you they’re bored.

She’s so cute. My daughter would love to do something like this–making a video I mean. I think we will stick with trying out the experiment first:)

I did this with my girls. It was a big hit!
That is so cool! And not complicated, either. I think I’ll be trying this during the week off with the kids. Thanks-
