I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble. I just tried downloading it again, and it is still working on my computer.
Was the error when you were trying to download or when you were opening the file?
If you are able to download the file, make sure you unzip it. You do that by right clicking the folder and selecting Extract All. The files are compressed to make downloading easier, and extracting them will open up the pdfs for you to print.
I hope that helps. If it still isn’t working, it may be a website overload issue. I know a lot of people are taking advantage of the sale today. I would try again in a few minutes. Then reach out to TPT customer service if it still isn’t working. They are experts at resolving download and print issues.
