Teacher Appreciation Week Giveaways

I have been out of school for a number of years now, and yet teachers play a significant roll in my life every day. Each morning my children walk out the door and take a short ride on the bus to a teacher who will care for them, mentor them, encourage them and open their minds to new and amazing things.

There are very few people that are more important in my children’s lives than their teachers. It is impossible to appropriately express the gratitude I feel for the amazing work that they do, but to celebrate them, we are throwing a Teacher Appreciation Week on Planning Playtime.

This week we’re taking a minute to thank teachers from our past and teachers in our lives right now. You’ll even have the chance to HELP TEACHERS you care about WIN over $100 in resources for their classroom.

Monday – Remember a Teacher who Changed your life. 
Take a moment to express gratitude for a teacher or teachers who made a difference in your life. Even if they never see it, it’s good for the heart to remember. We’ll be sharing ours on our Facebook page. Come join us.

Tuesday – Thank a Current Teacher (And they could win a $100 prize)
Do you know a hardworking teacher who could use a bit of appreciation. Take a minute and tell them. Chances are they don’t hear it enough. Here’s the cool part.
