Add and Cover Addition
This bingo like game can be played with colored blocks, snap cubes or any other colored toys that match the code.
Add to 10 Rockets
Get your kids working on making 10 by figuring out the missing addend.
Balloon Addition
Play this one with playdough, pom poms, buttons or even circle cereal. Kids will have a blast with the balloon theme and can practice one to one correspondence.
Block Addition
Build the sum by building each addend and then combining to see how many you have all together.
Apple Tree Addition
Add a sensory component to addition with playdough. Kids build their apples and then add them in their tree.
Game Card Addition
Gamify your addition by adding cards from your child’s favorite game. We used Uno, but you could use playing cards, Rook, Skipbo, or any other numbered cards under 9.
Dice Addition
Give your kids counting and addition practice with this cute game. Kids can roll dice, add the dots and then record the number with plastic toy numbers or a dry erase marker.
Gumball Addition
Fill up the gumball machine to make the sum. You could do this with playdough, pom poms, buttons, or circle cereal.
