Looking for AWESOME Easter Worksheets and Activities for preschool?
This new collection is so fun that I couldn’t keep my kids out of them. They loved pretend playing with the bright colored eggs, carrots and Easter bunnies, and they were learning all kinds of great preschool skills at the same time.
There are a few options to use jelly beans as manipulatives in these Easter worksheets and activities, but, for the most part, these activities are candy free. Even the activities that are jelly bean friendly could easily work with a non-candy substitute.
Isn’t that awesome? I just saved you a classroom of kids on a serious sugar high. 😉
Enough talk. Let’s see these super fun printables! Here’s the preview, and as always, if these would be helpful in your classroom click on the image at the bottom to buy.
Preschool Easter Games
Easter Playdough Mats
How cute are these Easter playdough mats? They are great for working on patterns and fine motor skills. Get your assorted color Playdoh packs here.
*Wish you knew where to find the fun supplies and manipulatives we use in this set? I’m including some simple links for you. They make your life easier, and they even send us a small commission when you purchase through our links.
Carrot Garden Counting
Planting these carrot gardens was one of our favorite activities of this set! The kids loved squishing the mini carrot erasers into the brown playdough while they counted. If you can’t get the erasers, I’ve included printable carrots for you. Just cut and laminate them before use.
Carrot Garden Letter Match
Talk about Fine Motor Practice!! The kids get to use their little fingers to slip the carrots into just the right matching letter slot.
Easter Bunny Ten Frame Counting
We used jelly beans for this 10 frame counting activity, but you could easily use erasers, buttons or other small manipulatives.
Easter Roll & Cover Counting Cards
Jelly beans make this activity super colorful and fun. If you’d rather be candy free, just sub out the beans for buttons, mini eggs, or other fun manipulatives.
Hatching Chicks Counting Sticks
This is hands on math right here. The kids will love getting to hatch the chicks to check their counting skills.
Egg Color Pattern Cards
My 3-year-old begged to play this pattern game for a week. I couldn’t get the cards printed and laminated fast enough.
Easter Letter Find
Add your favorite plastic or wood letters to this printable to make a fun letter hunt.
Easter Egg Sight Words Building
Now this is a fun way to build sight words! We used this $1 egg tray, but an old egg carton would work as well. This set covers the first 24 words.
Carrot Playdough Shapes Cards
My preschoolers love this way of practicing shapes. Make the carrots out of playdough.
Letter Hunt and Trace
You can turn this activity into an all out Easter egg hunt or just give them a bucket of eggs to dig through. Either way, the eggs are filled with letters. Open them up to find which one to trace.
Pin the Tail on the Bunny Letter Match
Velcro dots make this activity and alphabet party. Pin the tail on the matching bunny.
Easter Egg Counting Clip Cards
Count and clip cards are always a fun center. I added an egg carton with plastic eggs for extra hands on counting for this center. Find these cute colored clothes pins here.
Easter Egg Color Match Baskets
My Name Easter Basket
Go Carrot – Shapes Card Game
This game plays like Go Fish. Find the same shaped carrot and bunny to get a match.
Easter Worksheets
How can you stand all this cuteness? Well, there’s more. These Easter worksheets are a quick, no-prep addition onto your lesson plans. They are great for extra practice, early finishers or something to work on at home with parents.
There are counting worksheets, alphabet worksheets, shapes, name and tracing worksheets. Basically this fun collection of Easter worksheets should cover nearly all of the basic preschool skills your kids are working on.
