Looking for play-based, super fun, easy-for-you Preschool Activities for your kiddos?
The February Preschool Binder is packed with a variety of preschool skills practice, all while playing with toys, playdough, and common craft supplies
Why are our Monthly Preschool Binders so popular with moms and teachers…
- Building Independence: Kids are able to work on their own or in small groups at their table to use their binders. It encourages them to self-start and learn/play on their own.
- Easy Prep: Print and slip the pages into sheet protectors. It’s that simple! No cutting and laminating required.
- Play-Based: These interactive, hands-on activities are built to engage little minds, use multiple senses, and make learning ridiculously fun.

February Preschool Binder Activities

Dinosaur Painting Colors
Use pom poms to sort by color. Add a paint brush and “paint” the splat colors by moving the colored pom poms to the correct spot.

Monster Hearts Counting
Count out candy hearts of small manipulatives and place the correct number in the candy jar. Practice forming the number by using tweezers to place pom poms on the number or tracing it with a dry erase marker.

Alphabet Brushing
Focus on the target letter. Use a dry erase marker to color each tooth with the target letter. Add a toothbrush to erase for fun!

Tooth Shapes
Sort and place the correct shape buttons on each card. Use a dry erase marker to practice drawing the shape. Try counting how many shape buttons you place in the box.

Dinosaur 10 Frame
Identify the focus number. Place the correct number of dinosaurs or small manipulatives in the frame.

Valentine Numbers
Identify the number inside each heart. Place a domino on the heart that has the correct number of dots to match the number inside the heart.

Do A Dot Alphabet
Practice forming each letter using bingo markers. Look at the pictures at the bottom and place a heart candy or any small manipulative on the picture with the corresponding beginning sound.

Beaded Heart Patterns
Practice making the pattern shown in the picture with beads, heart candy or pom poms. If using beads, string the beads on a pipe cleaner as you make the pattern. Use the blank space to create your own patterns.
