Are you looking for Question of the Day Cards to add to your teaching toolbox?
These classroom tools make an excellent addition to your morning routine, circle time, or even as you transition between centers.
How to use the cards:
For younger learners, we suggest starting with the simple Yes/No questions. As children develop stornger verbal skills and build their vocabulary, you can begin extending the questions and ask “Why do you like the color red” or “If you have a brother, tell us their name.”
Did you know you can do MATH too with the question of the day activities! WHAT?
After children answer the questions, compare and count how many said yes and how many said no. Then decide which had more! #winwin
Children love to “tell & share” and the Questions of the Day cards give them the opportunityto do just that.
Plus, through small group and large group discussions, you continue to create the sense of community in your classroom.
