The next installment of our CVC Words practice is here – the Real or Nonsense words worksheets set. These cute printables are all about distinguishing real words from nonsense words, and we’re having a lot of fun with it.
Nonsense is such a cool word. It brings all kinds of silly things to mind, and I tried to include some of that whimsy in these activities. This set includes cute monkeys, spring flowers, boats, caterpillars, and other kid friendly themes.
Throughout all of the engaging activities, the kids will be reading and sorting CVC words. The reading practice just comes with a side of coloring, cutting and pasting and some fun characters.
Here is a quick description of the 8 types of CVC words worksheets in this 40 page set. Which ones do you think your students and kiddos will enjoy most? Let us know.
