Looking for play-based, super fun, grab and go Space Worksheets for Preschool kiddos?
The Space Preschool Binder is packed with a variety of preschool skills practice, all while playing with toys, playdough, and common craft supplies
Why are our Monthly Preschool Binders so popular with moms and teachers…
- Building Independence: Kids are able to work on their own or in small groups at their table to use their binders. It encourages them to self-start and learn/play on their own.
- Easy Prep: Print and slip the pages into sheet protectors. It’s that simple! No cutting and laminating required.
- Play-Based: These interactive, hands-on activities are built to engage little minds, use multiple senses, and make learning ridiculously fun.

Space Preschool Binder Activities
Space Ship 10 Frame
Hungry Alien Colors
Build the 10 Frame using small manipulatives like star erasers, small finger puppets, glow in the dark stars, or pom poms. Identify the target number and complete the 10 Frame.
The Aliens are hungry and ready for you to feed them something that matches their color! Use circle cereal, pom poms, buttons, or blocks of the correct colors to match.
Space Race Measurement
Blast off to space in your rocket ship! Place white pom poms or cotton balls to measure from the ground to space. Count how high your space ship traveled and place a magnet number to show the number.
Such a fun way to practice matching upper and lowercase letters. Use playdough and press a plastic letter or use letter tiles to match your letters.
Space Race & Roll
Build a Solar System
Roll and count the number of dots to make your rocket ship soar across the sky! The first one to the end of the galaxy will win!
Use different colors and sizes of pom poms or playdough to build the planets in the solar system.
Get creative with shape buttons or foam shapes to build your own rocket ship! Try counting how many of each shape you used.
Take a tour of the galaxy as you blast through this fine motor obstacle course and count numbers in the galaxy!
